Great pencils and great service

I had some minor issues with the pencil but it was still usable (once you start using these it’s hard to use another). I decided to share my disappointing experience and expected an automated response followed by silence. To my surprise, Laura reached out to me to understand the problem and had a replacement sent to me in no time!
