Care Instructions & Warranty

To keep your Konzuk jewelry looking new, please take care to store each piece separately from other metal items. When jewelry is worn, its surfaces change. Polished surfaces become more matte, while surfaces that are matte gradually become shinier. Concrete will also patina over time, becoming darker from oils in the skin. These are unavoidable traces of wear, which makes the jewelry uniquely yours.

If the diamond dust and concrete inlay looks cloudy and loses sparkle, it is most likely due to lotions or contaminants. The best way to clean this is to use soap and water on a toothbrush to scrub the concrete's surface.

To maintain the stainless steel's brushed look and remove small surface scratches, use a piece of synthetic steel wool (like a Scotch-Brite pad) can be used to brush along the surface. A local jeweler can remove larger scratches and dents.

All Konzuk jewelry has a two-year warranty covering any problems a customer may have beyond normal wear and tear. They will replace any worn concrete, lost diamonds, or broken parts within this period free of charge. Beyond the two years, there will be a nominal charge.
