A wonderful piece, both beautiful and fun to play with (though challenging if you're trying to solve the actual puzzles). One surprising thing - it's really large, much larger than I'd imagined.

I love the feel of the material, and the concept is interesting enough yet simple enough to keep my kids and I busy for a good half hour or more just rearranging things when we first opened them. Two minor quibbles: first, although the surface of the concrete is lovely, it's a bit fragile - one piece was chipped in transit (a tiny bit broke off one corner) and I dropped a piece putting them away the first time and again a small bit flaked off a corner. Second: the box design is lovely, and the magnetic closure feels solid and satisfyling, but the lack of full end-stops to keep the pieces in position mean that the foam edges designed for this purpose have been quite shredded in transit, and although the pieces don't fall out, the aesthetic is slightly diminished by having something look a bit ratty on arrival.

One of the pieces arrived broken, and the team immediately went to work to fix this issue. They sent me a note personally, and shipped out a new piece. Really impressed with the level of customer service, and the urgency they demonstrated to ensure we were happy. I haven't been seeing this level of attention to customers from many other companies recently, so their speed was very noticeable.
