Nice design, but doesn’t work
Love how this looks, but it can’t hold a « Burgundy » style bottle. Half the whites I own are this shape. Huge missed opportunity. I guess if’s great as long as you don’t want to chill sparkling wine or anything not in a skinny « Bordeaux » shape bottle.

My cooler arrived with a slight imperfection. I immediately emailed customer service to see about an exchange. After ten days without a response, I emailed again. I got a prompt reply, with a profuse apology, and a second cooler was sent, with me being told to not bother returning the first. You can tell a lot about a company by how mistakes are handled. Well done!

I recently changes companies and I wanted to give a thoughtful gift to my previous leaders. They mentioned it was a functional, yet elegant gift, which they will use for their gatherings, and they loved it, so as their spouses. As a buyer, the process was smooth and timely, I was able to track the delivery at all times, which was great since I was sending the gift abroad.
