Awaiting My Husband's Birthday Gift

I purchased a wine cooler for my husband's birthday, but I have not yet received it yet. Instead, they sent me a free box of candles that arrived broken. When I contacted customer service via email, they only showed me the UPS confirmation that the order had been sent. I provided pictures of the broken candles, but I am still waiting to receive my husband's gift.

My cooler arrived with a slight imperfection. I immediately emailed customer service to see about an exchange. After ten days without a response, I emailed again. I got a prompt reply, with a profuse apology, and a second cooler was sent, with me being told to not bother returning the first. You can tell a lot about a company by how mistakes are handled.
