In-stock items ship in 1-2 business days. Products are shipped from Atlanta, Georgia, except those by Morf. Their products are shipped directly from their studio in Belgrade, Serbia. Orders ship as a group and according to the most extended product lead time. For example, an order including an in-stock product and a product with a one week lead time will ship in one week.


Pre-orders ship in 2-4 weeks. Due to the handcrafted nature of the manufacturing process, concrete products take time to produce. Our designers and artisans create each batch with dedication and care. To secure your product, we offer the option of pre-ordering. Lead times vary, but we will get your purchase to you as soon as possible. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.


We ship via UPS and USPS to locations within the United States and U.S. territories. Including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands (please note that we are unable to ship to APO addresses). Orders are processed within one to two business days except for special orders and any indicated lead times. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout.


We ship worldwide via UPS and DHL. Orders are processed within one to two business days except for special orders and any indicated lead times. Customs and other import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout.

Please confirm import regulations and fees when placing your order. Failure to remit payment of import fees may result in the abandonment of the shipment and in the forfeiting of refund and replacement options.


We confidently stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and artistry behind our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange it for another one. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you receive it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

If you are returning your order, you will be responsible for your return shipping costs. The shipping label amount will be deducted from your total refund. If you are using your shipping label, we recommend that you send your package with tracking included as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.

International Returns 

All re-importation and shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Domestics and International shipping charges are non-refundable, and import duties, VAT, and importation fees are not refundable on international orders.
