The Balls Eye is an interactive concrete sculpture designed by Material Immaterial Studio. This handcrafted piece features an intricate spiral form that challenges the notion that concrete is reserved only for larger structures.

Softly nudge the stainless steel balls so they can begin a journey towards the center. This unique item in our concrete collection will make the perfect gift for architects, designers, or anyone who appreciates excellent artistry.

Each concrete piece is unique; bubbles, small imperfections, and slight variations in color are part of the piece’s singularity and character. Concrete is a live material. Your piece will age and change over time with exposure to air and with wear, just as concrete does in monuments and buildings. Learn more.

Love it!

This item was one of three ordered as a gift for my husband. He absolutely is thrilled with all of them. Additionally, this one (of the three) came damaged. Costumer Service was amazing processing our request for a new one. Great product and great company!

Cool sculptural art for your desktop or coffee table

The architectural design and build quality of this interactive sculpture are very nice, and it’s quite the conversation starter. Plus it’s pretty amazing that a piece this small has so much intricate detail and is made just from concrete. With that being said, it is really small. Much smaller than I was expecting for the price. Also, the logo that is stamped into the side is enormous and covers one whole side of the sculpture. Since the very purpose of a 3-dimensional art piece like this is to be able to view and enjoy it from every angle, I don’t think that was the best design decision. I would prefer that the logo be stamped on the bottom of the piece or at the very least substantially reduced in size if stamped into the side. Otherwise, it’s really cool and looks amazing with dramatic lighting.

Beyond Expectations

I was expecting a cool product and it was undoubtedly that. I was pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail, great packaging, and message that came with it. It spurred deep thought and took it from a cool product, to something so much more. Very cool.

Total GREATNESS EVERY SINGLE THING about this cool concrete desktop piece is perfect. My only question is how did this perfection happen in 2020?
